基于主成分和聚类分析的荷花品种生物学性状的比较研究

摘要:应用DPS统计软件,对89个花莲品种的26个生物学性状进行了主成分分析和聚类分析,按照方差累计贡献率70%提取了6个主成分,通过计算各品种的主成分得分和综合得分值,分析出植株大小、花径、花型、花色等影响荷花品种分类的几个主要指标。根据聚类分析结果,将89个供试品种从株型和花型的差异聚为4大类。

Abstract:Principal component analysis and cluster analysis were conducted on 26 biological characters indexes of 89 lotus cultivars by using the statistical software DPS. According to the accumulated contribution ratio to the variance over 70% from the total information reflected by original 26 indexes, 6 principal components were extracted, and based on the scores of the principal components and the general score, the major indexes of the size of plant, the diameter of flower, the type of flower and the colour of flower that can influence the classification of lotus cultivars were analyzed. The differences between the type of plant and the type of flower were divided into 4 groups from 89 cultivars.
