摘要:晚清大臣桂春宅园的原址位于北京内城西斜街，20世纪70年代初被全部拆毁。此园顺应弯曲的地形条件，其中建筑大多随机定向，非常灵活，其布置方式明显不同于北京私家园林最常见的正朝向格局，空间形态更近于江南园林。其主体部分以平顶游廊环绕，中心设有驳岸曲折的水池；园中同时拥有很多精美的湖石和青石，假山造型丰富；此外建筑做工精细，花木繁多，是北京私家园林的杰出作品。通过文献考证对此园进行复原研究，并对其历史沿革、基本布局以及造园手法进行了探讨。

Abstract:The garden of Guichun's residence was a private garden created of an official in late Qing Dynasty, located in the Xixiejie (Western Lean Street) in Beijing and destroyed in 1970's. Constructed on an irregular site, the garden was different from most of other private ones because of its flexible layout which was similar with Southern gardens. There was a central pool in the court surrounded by verandas with plat roofs. As an excellent example, it also consisted of fine buildings and varied plants. Based on the materials, the author tries to draw its restoration plan and explore its history and gardening characteristics.
