摘要:通过介绍香港公屋、新加坡组屋户外环境的特点，分析了在土地与资金有限、住宅高密度发展情况下如何实现户外环境的休憩交往、景观和生态三大功能。探讨了从强调环境功能，注重均好性，户外空间形式多样化，重视维护管理等几个方面优化我国经济适用房小区的户外环境，旨在集约使用珍贵国土资源的同时有效提高中低收入者的居住环境，促进社会和谐发展。

Abstract:This paper introduces the characters of the outdoor environment in Hong Kong public housing and Singapore public housing, analyses how to realize the three functions which are leisure & communication, landscape, and ecology. It is discussed that the outdoor environment of the economically affordable housing of China can be optimized through emphasizing the environmental function, paying attention to homogenization, diversifying outdoor space layout, attaching importance to maintenance and management, and so on. It is expected to improve the living environment of the low-and-medium wage earners effectively as well as using the precious land resources intensively, so as to further the harmonious development of the society.
