摘要:对我国近20年来花卉文化研究进展进行了评述。我国的花文化研究多数集中在总论性的研究方面，初步形成了较为系统的花卉文化研究体系；对于花卉文化的分论性研究不多，主要集中在对中国传统名花的研究上，尤其以对梅花、兰花、菊花、荷花、牡丹、山茶、海棠等研究居多。在花卉的应用研究方面，以花卉食用和花卉观赏为代表，并随之形成花卉食用文化与花卉观赏文化。对于花卉食用的研究多以少数民族的食花习俗作为研究对象，较少涉及食用花卉的开发利用操作。花卉与旅游的结合多以举办花卉节庆或会展的形式来吸引旅游者，达到促进当地旅游收入增加、提高当地知名度和美誉度的目的，是花卉产业的重要组成部分。针对中国目前花卉文化研究存在的一些问题，提出了发展对策；并建议成立专门研究机构，设立中国花文化研究基金和花文化奖，以提高人们对我国花文化的认识，直接培育和弘扬中国花文化，以期不断得以振兴。

Abstract:An overall review of the development of domestic flower culture research in the past 20 years is given in this paper. The study of flower culture in China mostly concentrates on general and overall research and elementarily forms a fairly systematic flower culture research system. However there is little research focusing on the branches of the flower culture, which mainly lays great importance on traditional Chinese flowers, especially mei flower, orchid, chrysanthemum, lotus, tree peony, camellia, Begonia, etc. The edible purpose and tourism of flower are regarded as representatives in the applied research and consequently shape up into anthophagy culture and flower tourism culture. The researches about flower eating always take anthophagy custom of ethnic groups as an object and pay little attention to the exploitation and utilization. And the connection of flower with tourism often attracts tourists by holding flower festivals and exhibitions, which are an important part of flower industry, to increase local tourism income and promote popularity and good fame. The developmental measures are put forward according to some problems of recent study about flower culture and it is suggested to set up special research institute, establish research foundation and rewards of flower culture in order to enhance people's understanding about Chinese flower culture, directly cultivate and develop Chinese flower culture and expect it to be revitalized constantly.
