摘要:城市中央公园不仅具有城市开放空间的功能，它更应该是居民工作和生活延续的场所。本规划以“水绿盐城”为主题，设计以大水面为中心，以商业空间和自然生态空间为主。通过植物群落的种植设计，追求良好的生态环境。并结合盐城历史文化特色，形成一个自然与人文相交融的集餐饮、休闲、娱乐、游览于一体的湿地城市公园。

Abstract:The city central park not only bears the function of urban open space but also is the continuity place of citizen's work and living. This plan has "Water Yancheng" as the theme, the large water surface as the center, and the commercial space and natural ecological space as the main content. The plant communities and design are used for better ecological environment. Integrated with the historical and cultural characters of Yancheng, an urban wetland park where the nature and human meet with the functions of catering, recreation, entertainment and tourism is formed.
