摘要:观赏蔬菜是园林新型素材之一，观赏蔬菜与其他园林要素的有机结合来丰富园林景观具有非常重要的现实意义。通过对公园、街头绿地、观光农业园现有观赏蔬菜景观的调查，摄取相关景观照片，采用问卷调查的方法，分析了游人对观赏蔬菜景观质量的评价，探索在园林绿地中为公众所喜爱、能优化生活环境的最佳观赏蔬菜配置，为观赏蔬菜与园林要素即地形地貌、园林建筑、园林小品、园林植物、园林道路广场的结合开发植物造景提供科学依据。

Abstract:Ornamental vegetable is one of the new materials in landscape architecture, and it is very important and significant for ornamental vegetables to integrate with other landscape materials to enrich the landscape. In order to provide a scientific foundation for plant landscape designed by ornamental vegetables with landscape materials, for example landform, landscape architecture, garden ornament, landscape plant, landscape street and square, the questionnaire-based survey are applied and photographs are taken from the ornamental vegetable landscape in parks, small gardens in the streets and agro-sightseeing parks to acquire the best ornamental vegetable disposition which embodies the characteristics of landscape architecture, as described in this paper.
