摘要:经济与社会的发展使我国各风景名胜区的交通条件得到了极大的改善，然而这种改善给风景资源的保护与利用带来了复杂的、有时是相悖的后果。某些时候，可达性条件的改善并没有带来预期的资源利用收益的增加，却带来了资源保护的巨大压力。通过对天山天池风景名胜区总体规划的总结和思考，探讨可达性变化给风景名胜区带来的变化现象及其原因，并提出规划设计中的对策，以期有助于解决风景资源保护和风景旅游发展的矛盾。

Abstract:The condition of traffic to famous scenic area has been greatly improved with the rapid development of economy and society in China. However, the improvement also brings complicated or even paradox consequences. Sometimes, the result of this improvement is not beneficial to the protection and utilization of landscape resource. Through the study of the master planning of Tianshan Tianchi Famous Scenic Area, the results and reasons brought by the accessibility change are discussed. Accordingly, the contradiction of the protection of landscape resource and the development of tourism could be resolved.
