摘要:在分析当前公园改造规划的背景和面临问题的基础上，以上海东平国家森林公园改造规划为例，通过调查、研究总结出公园在总体规划布局、基础服务设施、景观特色、文化内涵、林相等方面存在的问题，在分析问题的基础上提出景观资源调查及记录法、游人参与法、“减法”与“加法”等改造规划的方法，同时阐述了这些方法在东平国家森林公园改造规划中针对其主题定位、结构与景观分区、交通、游览方式、水系利用、基础和服务设施、林相改造、文化景观塑造等方面改造规划的运用情况及获得的规划成果。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of the background and problems in the park renovation planning, with the example of the renovation planning of Dongping National Forest Park, and through investigation and research, problems of the park in the overall layout planning, fundamental service facilities, landscape features, cultural connotations, and forest appearance are summarized. The renovation methods like the investigation and recording of landscape resources, the visitors' participation, and subtraction and addition are proposed. The application situations and planning achievements of these methods in the aspects like theme and positioning, structure and landscape zoning, transportation, touring patterns, water system use, fundamental and service facilities, forest appearance remolding, and cultural landscape forming in the renovation planning of Dongping National Forest Park are elaborated.
