摘要:对华中地区观赏及应用价值较高的野生乡土地被植物进行了总结，介绍了其生活型、生境特点和主要观赏特性，对其开发利用提出了建议，从而指导野生地被植物的引种及其在园林中的应用。重点推荐了几种园林中尚未大量应用的野生乡土地被植物，以期丰富华中地区的地被植物种类。

Abstract:The ornamental or application-valuable native wild groundcover plants in Central China are summarized in this paper. Their life forms, habitats and main ornamental characteristics are introduced, and their utilization are also proposed, so as to guide the introduction of wild groundcover plants and their application in landscape Architecture. Several native wild groundcover plants which have not been widely used in landscape Architecture are especially recommended in order to enrich the varieties of groundcover plants in Central China.
