摘要:探讨了植物专类园的特点，简要回顾了我国植物专类园的起源与发展历史。植物专类园是植物资源收集与分类、园艺栽培技术和园林艺术的有机结合和集中展示，不但具有较高的观赏价值，而且具有重要的科普和科学价值，并可充分展现中国传统花文化。我国的植物专类园起源于秦汉时期的长安，经过魏晋和南北朝时期的发展，到唐宋时期已经趋于成熟。其后，专类园造景形式一直延续下来，并在近代随着植物园事业的发展而获得了新的飞跃。

Abstract:The characteristics of special categorized plants gardens were summarized and their origin and development history in China were reviewed. Special categorized plants garden, as a combination and exhibition of plant collection and classification, horticulture, and landscaping arts, is highly valuable both in ornamental aspect and in scientific popularization and research, and it exhibits Chinese traditional flower culture. Special categorized plants gardens originated in Chang'an during Qin and Han Dynasties, developed in Three Kingdoms Period, Jin Dynasty, and South and North Dynasty, and came to be a perfect landscaping form in Tang and Song Dynasties. Since then, it had been important in Chinese landscape history. With the development of botanic garden, the special categorized plants gardens have been much more poplar than any historic period.
