摘要:从城市设计及园林规划角度，介绍了上海市十六铺地块规划及城市设计国际方案征集德国SBA公司的设计理念、原则要求、设计特色和研究思路。SBA公司方案对周边环境、城市空间景观、交通等进行了认真详尽的分析，从不同的角度阐述了设计特点和理念。方案较好地处理了区域内人行交通和车行交通以及地块与十六铺旅游中心及老城厢的交通联系及与十六铺水上旅游中心在地上和地下空间之间的联系。

Abstract:The design ideas, principles, target and characters of the design project for the Shiliupu parcel land of Shanghai by the German SBA Co. are introduced from the perspective of urban design and landscape planning. The SBA plan makes detailed analysis of the surrounding environment, urban space landscape, transportation and so on, and its features and concepts are expounded from several angles. The passenger and vehicle communications in this region, and the transportation link between the parcel land and Shiliupu tourism center and the old city are fairly dealt with. This design pays attention to the development and use of the underground space, and better handles the on-ground and underground spatial connection with the Shiliupu water tourism center.
