摘 要:分析了非有效接地电网中单相接地短路故障行波的特性,运用复频B样条小波(CFBSP)分析了故障初始过程中奇异的行波O模信号,得出此时故障线路电流行波O模量的小波系数的极大值极性及相位与其他线路正好相反的结论.在适当的小波尺度下,比较各线路故障初始过程中电流行波O模量的小波系数的极大值极性及相位,就能够识别出单相接地的故障线路,完成故障选线.并证明了故障点间歇电弧、过渡电阻、变压器的接线方式及其中性点接地方式对本方法的影响很小.通过仿真试验,证明了方法的正确性、有效性和通用性.
