摘　要：随着我国电力市场化改革的进一步深化,配售将会分开,如何对输配电价进行有效监管、提高输配电网生产效率是一个亟待解决的问题.介绍目前国外存在的3种比较成熟的管制模式,分析其直接运用到我国输配电价管制中存在的不足.根据我国实际情况,构建适合我国现阶段输配电价的激励管制模型,并对其参数的确定给出一定思路,为我国电力监管者提供一定的参考.
