双温工艺瞬时液相连接T91钢

摘 要:采用双温工艺进行了T91钢的瞬时液相连接,研究了其与传统单温工艺下接头组织、成分分布的差别.结果表明,1 230℃接头组织不同于母材,连接界面为非平面状;1 260℃接头连接区域变窄,晶粒粗大,并出现了小的孔洞,仍存在连接界面;1 260~1 230℃双温工艺接头晶粒变小,组织连续均匀生长.接头拉伸断在母材,弯曲180°不断,性能达到母材水平.双温工艺打破了传统单温工艺的平衡凝固过程,消除了平衡结晶产生的平直界面,实现了无界面连接.
