超临界锅炉高温合金钢合金元素组成与性能分析

摘 要:高温金属材料的研制和开发是发展亚临界、超临界锅炉技术的必要条件.在材料研究领域,通过在传统锅炉用钢的基础上添加Cu、P、B、Ni等合金元素,提高了钢材的高温性能.通过对这些合金元素的强化效果和强化机理进行深入分析,讨论了超临界锅炉不同受热面的性能要求及各种高温合金钢的适用性,为超临界锅炉选材提供了理论参考.
