采用可控串补技术解决华东-福建联网低频振荡问题

摘 要:华东-福建联网后出现的低频振荡问题将威胁电网的安全稳定运行,为此,对联络线采用可控串补技术解决低频振荡问题作可行性研究.在分析2007年华东-福建联网低频振荡问题的基础上,对联络线采用可控串补进行方案设计.利用德国西门子公司开发研制的电力系统仿真软件NETOMAC,对华东-福建联络线采用固定串补方案和可控串补方案进行频域分析和时域分析研究.研究结果表明,采用可控串补方案可以很好地解决华东-福建电网互联后联络线上的低频振荡问题.
