摘　要：传统的油页岩发电技术,只注重单一的工业经济效益而忽略了整体的社会效益特别是环境效益,在发电过程中对环境造成了巨大伤害.为提高油页岩在发电过程中的利用效率,构建以油页岩发电为核心产业的生态产业链是一种有效的方法.这种方法可以使得油页岩发电技术对环境的损坏最小化而经济效益最大化,促进油页岩的综合利用与环境保护相协调.
